OOC: I would like to state that I am not intending to become a 'space nation' any time soon (or ever), but I believe that this could liven up the wars I fight. I've just been fighting the same old things over and over again, with tanks, mass-amounts of soldiers, etc. With these I hope to increase Rp value. I only hope people don't come along with those god-awful Gundam Wing Gundams and think they can go killing thousands of quality Zeonic Suits. I also know that is reality, giant bipedal robots would be an unfeasable military device, but so is nuking the world, as we all know how often that happens on NS.
IC: In a press release this morning, the new Premier of Galdania, Abdul Vyushistikal, reveiled that Galdania has developed a new weapon known as the Mobile Suit.

The above is a picture of the MS-05 Zaku. The top-secret 'Project V' was initiated 5 years ago to create a new weapon for use against possible external threats. The Zaku is 'piloted' by one soldier, who controls the movements of the mobile suit from the cockpit, situated in the area of what would be the mobile suit's groin.
The Zaku, when equipped with the 105mm machine gun (pictured above) weighs in the neighborhood of 50 tons. It would likely be able to destroy enemy jeeps or even tanks by merely stepping on them. *However, military personel have stated privately that the leg actuators are somewhat vulnerable.*
Currently, only twelve mobile suits exist, hidden in different spots across the Comintern. The first production run will begin in an undisclosed location in Zefyrz this September. For GCPN (Galdanian Communist Party News), I'm Anekjva Tjulushkin reporting from Galdania City.
