The United Group of Totalitarian States (UGOTS) is a new alliance formed to further the goals of fascism and strengthening of the state's logical total control over the subject populace. Nazi-type and other racist facists will not be accepted. Racism is counterproductive to the power of the state, as it decreases the amount of human capital available for the state to do its bidding with.
The goals of the alliance are to:
1. Convert other nations into fascist nations, and bring the nations into the UGOTS to form a world-wide fascist control structure.
2. Promote fascist political parties in democratic nations we cannot bring to fascist government through other means.
3. Provide for the mutual defense of nations in the alliance.
4. Intervene to stop the spread of liberalism and/or democracy whereever it occurs, similar to the "Brezhnev Doctrine" adopted by the disgusting communist pigs in the soviet union, but in relation to an opposite idealogy.
The government of the alliance will be as such, since democracy is unacceptable:
1. Starting with Cencontria, a dictator of the alliance will shift every month, with the previous nation naming their sucessor.
2. A nation may hold the post as many times, but never consecutively.
3. The word of the dictator, during that time, is absolute in arenas of foreign policy and does not apply to domestic policy.
