"Hello and welcome to this special report. It has been three years since the fall of the offical government on the islands that were once called St. Hagrid's Chain these 50 plus islands fell into a state of anarchy that has become the biggest party central in the world. Since the fall of the Mussino Family and their dictatorship the citizens and tourists to the island have created the largest nation devoted to the purpous of Fun, Party, and Joy."

"Although on offical maps the islands are still called St Hagrid's Chain both the residents and the tourist industry have renamed them the Party Islands, the Capital of Hedonism and Excess."

"I am in the largest city of the Party Islands of St. Anne where if you look on all the streets and beaches you will find nightclubs, discos, bars, strip clubs, and the like all thriving and in a near eternal state of total party."

"There is however several crime Syndicates that have risen to a form of power in that they have their own private armies, control all trade from drugs to clothing to prostitution (which is perfectly legal in the Party Islands) but ahve avoided taking total control as part of the Party Islands appeal is the near-anarchish society that has risen here. The Party Isalnds can be a dangerous place but if anything happens to you you then turn to a Crim Syndicate to deal with it, that is if you can afford it."
