Kailash, Queen of the Queendom of Kailash, located in the region of Kaland and capital city of Shanti, announces that Kaland's borders are open to any nation which wishes to reside there, however, there are stipulations:
1) Your nation cannot be overly capitalistic, and must be moral. This judgement will be made by Kailash personally.
2) You must agree to support Kailash as delegate of Kaland since Kailash was both founder and is current ruler.
3) You must maintain good diplomatic relations with both The United States of GABAD andd The Queendom of Kailash.
Failure to perform any of these tasks will result in you being forcibly removed from Kaland. If you wish to apply, send a telegram to Kailash.
