The first Transmission had been sent, a request hidden in several layers of code, and sent from the Asuryan fleet as it commited another patrol, hidden amongest a burst of standard communications with the Kionash's scattered Earth assets.
This message was brief but it would change the future of the Eldar.
'Imperium, and Arda, the Kionash seek words with you, on peace and alliance In two days hence we shall send a member of the Council to parley, If possible open the way for us. Council of Farseers.'

Overlord Bradley Steelblood sat in his throne room, stroking his beard in deep thought. The message from the Eldar perplexed him. They had always been hostile towards Arda and its allies in the past; why the change of heart? Normally he would have ignored the request out of principle, for the Overlord had a strong dislike for Elvenkind and the Eldar. However, this request for dialogue had piqued his curiosity. At last, he summoned an aide before him.
"Have word sent to the Yvressi. We will hear them out."
The aide bowed and left the room to fulfill his sovereign's command, leaving the Overlord to attend to other business.

with permission granted the Eldar sent their Emissary, a Lone Farseer and a Warlock companion, the journey would be long for they had to avoid being seen, but they had one advantage, few knew of the Farseer, even Mel'Nais had never met her, having been leading the Outcast Fleet when Mel'Nais had risen to the Council and her appointment had been a secret.
when the appointed time came then the Farseer came by sea, in a vessel that none would ever even imagine belonged to the Eldar, for it was clumsy and ill made, Mon-Keigh construction.
On her person she carried several documents and offers, the Farseer council had debated this matter for sometime, and had sent the Farseer with documents to show their argument and something more, a plan that they would place into operation if they should reach agreement... It was witten in Eldarlan, and sat at the top of the pile, it's name read simply as UcanIarstill

Vagrant Signal Monitoring System... Sol...
Eldar transmissions... quite rare... It recorded them for reference, they were, unfortunately, encrypted. It was not going to attempt to decrypt them, instead, it forwarded the signals to a remote location, the master AI of the necron tombworld Interius Prime. It would still take time to do it, but it would succeed, the Eldar didn't do mathematics particularly well their 'computers' in most cases were non mathematical.
It was only a matter of time....
Meanwhile, those who had been sent as emissaries to Melkor and the Kalessini waited. It wouldn't do for them to be noticed, and in any case, the likely paths of the future boiled down to, the Yngir shall go to Arda, yet the Kionash shall align itself with Arda.
Similarly, the stones told of dire consequences for the Kionash should the Ardans receive the Quendi of Tor Yvresse-Mars.
