Server was straightening up his office when one of his aids came in. "Sir we are ready to depart at your earliest convience."

"Good! The sooner we leave the sooner we can hash this out. I don't want a war over this! I want peace. It is my hope that we come to an understanding of this."

"I'm sure you will sir. You normally do."

"Yes I know. There that ought to do for now till we get back. Shall we go now?" With that, they left the office and headed down to the courtyard where the chopper was waiting. They boarded the chopper and flew to the Main Corneliuan Airbase. When they landed, the exited the chopper and moved towards the plane. Five minutes later, they entered the plane.

"As soon as everyone is onboard, we are cleared to go." the pilot said.

"Good we are all onboard now. He may proceed." After five minutes, the plane took off heading for Derscon's space.

"Hello, Corneliu One! this is Derscon Air Traffic Control for Rekjyavich Andropov Military City! I will be your guide for the remaining minutes in the air.

"Please divert your course two degrees north and look to your right and you can see the Kremlin Palace.

"Ah, if you look forward, you can see Runway three. You may now proceed to land on it. The Koniglicher Sicherheist Service fur Auslander forces proceeded to go around the landing planes to ensure no radicals somehow got past the airtight security. The Czar was known to be paranoid.

Pilot Johnson was listening in on the whole thing.

"Corneliu One this is Tango Alpha 1! Requesting permission to fire on this guy."

"This is the President! Denied. He may be annoying but that is no reason to blow him up." He starts to snicker.

Upon landing, he exited the plane to greet his host.

"Greetings! I am President James Server of Corneliu. It is a great honor to set foot on your beloved country just like what an ancestor of mine has done years ago. It is my esteem hope that we can come to a peaceful conclusion that benefits both of our nations!"

The Royal Security Service Soldier saluted and nodded, for so he, along with everyone else, was suspicious and paranoid, as they were paid to be. He proceeded to lead the President to the motorcade. "It will be about five minutes to the Kremlin Palace." He opened the door for Server and saluted, and when he was in, he shut it, and got in the driver's seat. When Server looked to his right, he saw Derscon Foreign Minister Franz von Papen.

"I apologize for not being able to greet you at the plane." He waived to the driver to start off, and the thirty vehicle motorcade went off to the palace. Server was a bit suprised at the Panzer tanks in the motorcade. This guy really is paranoid Server thought. "It seems there was an embassy mixup," von Papen continued. "I was not aware that you were no longer in Greater Prussia." The motorcade finally reached the giant gates of the Kremlin, and Server noticed the increased security. He also noticed the antiaircraft batteries practically everywhere. My God, Server thought. This city is just one huge military base! "Ha ha," von Papen said, knowing what he was thinking by how he was looking around. "They call this Rekjyavich Andropov Military City for a reason. Ah, here we are. Kremlin Palace." The Kremlin was even bigger than the CoreWorlds palace. Wow, he thought to himself. He was led up the 365 stairs to the top doors, which were two stories high, and made of concrete with about 1/4 inch black titanium on the outside, in which symbols of which he knew were of the "holiest" of the Jedi and its counter-race, the Sith. It took five SS soldiers to open the huge doors, in which Server walked in to see an exact replica of the Jedi Temple -- the place where all of the force comes from, and which it is most strongest.

"Do you like it?" a voice said from higher up on the balcony. Czar Rekjyavich Ivan Andropov III, one of the most powerful Jedi/Sith in the world -- Server still hasn't quite figured out what he was yet, it seemed like he was hiding something inside him -- came down the stairs to greet him. "It wasn't tht hard to get the dimensions. Especially if it was your ancestors who created the original."

"So very true Your Majesty. Reminds me of where my father sent me when I was only four years old to take up my training. It does remind me of home. I'm glad you arranged to meet with me to discuss this peacefully. As I have said before, I don't want to fight a war. That is what's brewing between us. I hope we can settle this peacefully between us for the time being!"

"I agree," the Czar responded, still, mezmorized by the beauty of the Temple model. "I wish for peace as much as you do. I want no war." The Czar then led President Server to the stairs, carefully avoiding the middle of the room. When they got up to the balcony, Server looked down, and saw the middle of the room. What he saw was something just like the actual Temple, constructed out of the same materials. It was the symbol for the Eternal balance of power between good and evil, the Jedi and the Sith. I thought that seal could only be made if the force arond us was as strong as the Temple Server thought. The Czar could read Server's mind, but he didn't want anyone to know what was down there quite yet. He then led Server to the Star Office. When they entered, they proceeded to turn right, and went through a secret door and went down. The Czar led Server to the council room, but he then turned left, and led him in to a two-man private meeting room. "I hope you like the accomidations," the Czar said. "And when you get back to CoreWorlds, tell him my apologies for leaving so abruptly."
Corneliu

"Your Accomadations are fine. I will also relay your apologies when I get back. Let me freshen up and then we can get down to business."

He entered his room and immediately went to work! He took a fast shower and then meditated for awhile. When he was completely refreshed he sent a messege to the guard. Moments later, he was escorted down to see the Czar.

"Your majesty. Lets get down to business. I want to end this as quickly as possible. There should be no tensions between us. I am going to say this though! If a war does come and we are forced into it, you must know what side we will be on. We'll try to stay out militarily but if push comes to shove, we will support them. But that aside, I don't want us to be at odds. So let us make peace! Shall we?"

"I am aware of which side you will be forced to be on should military conflict arise," the Czar responded calmly. "I hope that it does not resort to that." The Czar then poured a cup of coffee and motined in the gesture of do you want some?. President Server nodded and thanked the Czar and took the cup, as the Czar poured himself one. "Fresh Columbian," the Czar said. "Only the best. Expensive, though."

"I know," Server said, having it back at his office, too. "What is it now, twenty bucks a pound for the good stuff?"

"Something like that," the Cazr responded between sips. "Rediculous." The Czar set his cup down on the sauser, and Server followed suit. "Well," the Czar said. "I'm not much of a person to beat around the bush, so what are your terms for peace?" the Czar asked, passing the buck to Server. The Czar never was a good diplomat, since he is an ex-SPARTAN.

Terms are that I have are as follows:

1. We're allowed to build a military base on your soil! With regards to this you can build your own base on my soil though with some restrictions.

2. We promise not to attack you if war comes. We expect the same from you. If war should come though, we will support it but not militarily. You have my word on that.

I hope these are acceptable to you.

The Czar suppressed a show of shock. He was not expecting such generous terms. He wasn't about to complain, though. "Those terms. . ." the Czar said between sips, trying to make it seem like he was thinking about it.

"We have been allies for a long time," the Czar started off. "We have supported each other in good times and bad. Both of our fathers and grandfathers, and on, have done the same, over the millenias." The Czar took another sip. "Unfortunately, this liitle hiccup in our relationship has occured." The Czar set the cup down. "But, as I find these terms quite acceptable, and reasonable, I will accept them, and may we continue to have these wonderful relations for the millenias onward!" The Czar then got up and walked to a secret cabinet where he kept his special shampaines, made especially for diplomats. He then shook it up a little, put a dart in the cork, needle out, aimed at the dart board, popped the cork out, and hit the bullseye. "Ah," the Czar said, smiling. "I still haven't lost my touch." He then set the glass by President Server and poured the shampaine in from literally four feet up, and not a single drop leaving the glass. The Czar then poured his own, and held his glass up in a salute. "To another millenia of peace between us."

The only reason these terms are generous is because we haven't been at war. However, they should've been worse after what has transpired. But as you said, we've been allies for far to long. I'm not about to let this hiccup interfer in that. We have been friends for far to long. My grandfather thought highly of your family.

He graciously accepted the Champaign. "To another millenia of peace." He took a sip. "I hope I don't get in trouble for this peace accord we just signed. Just letting you know, you are welcomed in Corneliu. In fact you are invited to my son's wedding. He wanted me to tell you that though to be honest, he was threatening to withdraw the invite. Luckily i told him, I wouldn't ask you unless we had this treaty. Since we did, the invite stands. Hope you accept."

"I am honored that he would invite me, but I am not sure if I will be able to attend," the Czar said sadly, and sincerely. "I should be with my people during this time of crisis." Then he remembered something, and he brightened up. "Hmm! If the invite still stands, I would be honored to attend the wedding."

I'll be sure to tell him. He'll be pleased as will his fiance. They do consider you part of the family because we've been friends for so long. All we have to do though is make sure that this peace lasts.

"I am positive that it will," the Czar responded. They both got up and went back to the Great Hall (the model of the Temple) and went straight from the fromt doors, revealing a giant lounge/living room, with bookcases on one end, a HUGE entertainment center with an eighty-eight inch plasma screen television, surround sound, and a soundproof glass wall with three decorative glass doors separating the Entertainment center from the Library section and the Billiards and Darts section. "Sit down, relax," the Czar said. "Make yourself at home."

When he sat down he felt more relaxed.

"At least the tensions are over between us." he said. he decided to check out some of the surroundings. When he passed the pool table, he decided to take a few shots. He racked them up and then broke'em knocking two balls into the pocket. "Now that's a pool shot he said as he grabbed another sip of champaign. "Do you want to play a game or two as we talk more about how to make sure peace stays between us?"
Derscon
18-04-2004, 02:13
"Sure," the Czar said, grabbing a poolstick. "I haven't played in awhile. I'm a bit rusty." The Czar lined up two balls in the center of the table and jumped the cue in the middle, and knocked both balls in the pockets. "Not rusty with the tricks, though!" He then racked them up, and chalked his stick. "You can break."

"Thanks." Server took off his jacket and put it over a chair. The Czar smiled, since normally that would be blatant rudeness, but this was this room, and like the sign said at the entrance, "Please leave formallity at the front door." He was glad Server could be relaxed. He hated robots. Server broke and hit the 2-ball in.

"Nice shot," Andropov said.

"Thank you, your Majesty," he said, while bowing. The Czar laughed.

"Just call me Ivan," the Czar responded.

"Your first name is Ivan?," President Server asked.

"Yup. Like my father before me. James, right?"

"Right."

"Okay," Ivan said, as Jim hit the 3-ball but missed the pocket.

"I thought your first name was Rekjyavich?" James said, as Ivan jumped the cue ball over the 8-ball and the 3-ball to hit the 13-ball in. "Rusty my ass!"

"Heh heh," the Czar said, blowing on the top of his cue stick like it was a revolver. "Rekjyavich is the Dersconian-Russian translation of the Great Master Jedi," he responded as he hit the 14-ball in, but scratched. "Damnit."

"Hmm," James thought aloud, as he pondered about the next shot. "Wait, so you carry the name of the Founder of the Force?" The thought messed his shot up really bad, but he hit the 4-ball in instead of the 5-ball."

"Lucky," Ivan said. "Yes, I carry the name. I am a direct decendant. In fact, Your great-grandfather is my great-great uncle. You aren't a DIRECT decendant of him," the Czar said, shooting for the 15-ball and nipping it, since James didn't sink the 3-ball. "But you ARE my third cousin." Server froze at this comment.

"Why do you think you and Andrew have similar powers as I do? Yet, mine are a little stronger?" Server thought about this. My God, he thought. No wonder our ancestors got along so well. "Mine are a bit stronger because I am a direct decendant, but yours are still the same, just not as strong, because we are related. That is, as you just thought," Ivan said, letting James know he read his mind, even though Ivan knew that James knew he read it. "would be why our ancestors got along so well. They were related. In fact, we were once part of the same Empire ruled by our ancestors, including the founder."

"Wow," Server said.

"You want to see something else?

"I guess."

"Follow me." The Czar led him out to the center of the Temple model. "You see this seal?" Ivan asked.

"Yes," Server responded, a bit confused.

"Watch." The Czar then went in to his Higher Plane of being, one beyond mass, but of light, and literally went in to the Seal. The seal started to shake, and then it faded away, exposing a staircase. The Czar then went back in to human form. "Come," he said. The Czar and Server went down the stairs, and after about a five minute walk, they came to two old giant runestone doors, and......

"These have the same design on them as your doors do!" Server said.

"Correct. Before opening, answer the following. The Grand Hall is a model of what?"

"The Temple where the force was found," Server responded. "But the current temple isn't the original."

"Correct," Ivan responded. "You just said two things, now link them and the info I told you at the pool table together."

Hmm, Server thought. Let's see, The temple now is not the real one. What else? Oh, the Corneliuian and Dersconian Empire were once one empire ruled by the Founder of the Force. So? Wait a minute, he found the essence of the Force in his Empire. Doesn't help. Wait..... "Oh my God....." Server's voice trailed off as he realized what was beyond the giant runestone doors.

The Czar smiled as he opened them and led Server in. There it was, in perfect condition, underground, and untouched by war and the elements. The First Temple, the Center of the Force, the very essence in which the Jedi get their powers. "This is where it all started."

"My god. I've heard rumors that this existed but I thought they were rumors and only rumors! How did you discover this Ivan? It seems impossible!"

He walks around it and feels its power. He stands there with his eyes closed contemplating what he is feeling and seeing.

"I would give anything to know the history of this. Seems to me there's a story here. I would love to hear it."

"Heh," Ivan said. "You can bet your ass there's a story to it," the Czar said. "I could probably tell you some of it."

"I have time," Server responded.

"Heh." The Czar motioned him to follow. They both went in to the Sanctum Chamber.

"What is this?" Server asked.

"This is the Outer Sanctum. This happens to be where THe Great Master is buried."

"Where?"

"Over there," Ivan points to a monument. "He is buried under there."

"You said this was the Outer Sanctum, right?" Server asked.

"Correct."

"Where is the Inner Sanctum?"

"Well....." Ivan said, trying to figure out how to expain it. "There is and isn't one.

"Huh?" Server asked, dumbfounded.

"The Inner Sanctum cannot be reached by something with physical mass. Like you, for example. You are of the physical world, you cannot do things Enlightened Beings, like I, can. The Inner Sanctum is basically in a different dimension, but still in the same place. You follow me so far?"

"Yes. As in, when you are in this "Higher Plane," you are still right beside me, but in a whole-nother dimension."

"Correct. Beings on the different dimensions can interact with each other. The Force is really on this Higher Plane. Jedi's are kind of like Hercules was -- half-man, half-god. Jedi's are of the Physical dimension, but they have broken through the barrier and have reached some of the power from the Higher Plane. The Inner Sanctum is actually right there." The Czar points to the empty space in the middle.

"Huh?" Server said, a little dumbfounded.

"Watch." The Czar waived his hand around the middle of the room and an Ark appeared. The Czar opened it and pulled out a glowing, dark purple orb. "This is the gateway from the Physical dimension to the Higher Plane. There is no real Inner Sanctum. the Sanctum is all around us, as is the Force. The Force is strongest here because it is right HERE, from this orb, that things can travel from the Physical dimension to the Higher Plane. You see, the Temple was not meant as a training place but actually more as a defensive base, of sorts. The Great Master of the Force knew that is the wrong guy got his hands on it, he could literally destroy the universe -- both the Physical one and the Higher one. So he used this newfound power to do all he could to prevent this gateway from being found. You see, "Rekjyavich," in the ancient language, actually means "Gate Guardian." It is my duty to protect this gateway at all costs."

The Czar put the orb back in the Ark, shut the Ark, and then the Ark disappeared. "Well, I sugesst we leave."
