The Utopic Proletarian Republic of Blargistania is pleased to announce the completeion and commencement of our very first Extra-Atmosphereic Battlecruiser. Crowned Shadow's Grace The ship commences immediate duties above the space of Blargistania. Outfitted with the latest technology developed within Blargian labs, the Shadow's Grace is a stae-of-the art ship (at least for us). It is a Phase-III class Star Cruiser/Carrier, implimented for extended space operations. Outfitted with a Zeingler Ion Drive, 47 Laser Batteries, 17 Laser Cannons, and 10 Ion Batteries, the ship flies heavily armed. In addition to the onboard weapons, Shadow's Grace also carries 4 squadrons of LongStrike fighters designed for space and high-atmosphere combat.

The development of this ship has been in the works for years with extensive research involving new compunds to be used in construction. Transperesteel, a brand new consturuction device was uncovered by accident with the Labs of Dr. H.M. Redeen. Through a fusion reaction, sand was burned into glass and reinforced with steel microfibers. The result is a plate of glass that is virutally unbreakable. The laser cannons are simply lasers with light amplifiers and burst-containment fields to maximize damage and minimize recharge time.

Following the development of the magnetic field for field operations, the concept was adapted on a large scale for the starship research program. The field was applied within a limited radius and reverse magnetisim was applied to hold it stable within a certain area. This was then implimented into the launch bays of Shadow's Grace and used as atmospheric containment for the launch bays.

Further advances were within the area of armor plating with the development of energy-reactive plating. The standard armore plating is enahnced with the smart defence network. The network reads stress on the armor and adjust concentration of molecular shielding accordingly. In battle conditions, this would result in micro-sheilding being shifted around the ship according to angle of attack.

The micro-sheilding process is an adaptaion of the magnetic field. The field is pushed through compressors and pushed into a micro-thin layer of coating around the ship's hull. This layer can be moved according to the Smart Defence Network The magnetized layer is capable of redirecting and dispersing energy attacks as well as particle attacks. With enough stress, the layer will be broken, but it provides ample initial defence.

A bit of necessary business first:
As per the articles of the Fististani Mutual Defense and Common Market Pact, you are obliged to deliver one (1) detachment of Shadow's Grace-class starships of a size determined by you to the Fististani Internal Security Corps. You are not required to provide crew for your vessels, but must train members of the Corps in their operation.

Also, the Mentholyptan Defense Force wishes to purchase three (3) of these starships for our use...what price are you asking for your magnificent vessels?

The Shadow's Grace is simply a single ship, it is the flag ship of what will become our space fleet. We would be happy to use it for the combined Fistani defense when need arises. Currently, we are working on building 5 more of the Phase-III class Star Cruisers/Carriers. Upon completion, 2 will be donated to the Fistani defense force and their crews will be trained by Blargistanian officials. We are offering the other three for primary sale to Fistani nations, but with a possible future market outside of the region. Inital Price is roughly 328 Billion Dollars per unit.

The Mentholyptan Treasury will transfer payment (984 billion dollars) to your government immediately. To speed construction, we offer a crew of technicians and engineers to assist you.
