President Calis sits at a desk within the Presidential office, looking over some papers. As he looks up, his relaxed expression is revealed to the camera.
"Ladies and gentlemen. I am proud to announce that The Democratic Dictatorship of Assington has reached a population over the 2 billion benchmark. This was confirmed in this years recently performed Census. In light of this news, I have decided to hold a week long party for the citizens of Assington and any foreigners that may wish to participate. Enjoy!"
The camera fades away and moves to the streets where many people are drinking, dancing and generally having a good time.
