Carroll Street Station is offline until further notice. The pests will be eliminated. All we need to do is de-pressurize a few areas.

Don't think we can't hide. We have. And we will. We know the station inside and out. We have weapons, training, and motivation. The station is ours.

"How long can we avoid them locking on to us and de-pressurizing the area?"

"Fifteen, maybe twenty minutes. If we keep moving, we'll have much longer."

"How much do we have in the way of supplies?"

"Not much. And with the whole station looking for us, we wouldn't be able to steal any."

The groan of the metal in the station caused everybody to jump. It was normal, but with their paranoia, all of the little things were magnified.

OOC: Congrats, you get half a cookie. To get the other half, tell me on what levels it appears and who it identifies.

OOC: What I can tell you is that I recognize the writting. I only ever played the demo for Marathon2 (years ago). Although I did borrow some of the alien tech items myself (Drones and the staffs) for my Uber Tech puppet...fun, never did feel like buying the whole game though...

the race is what K'lat or something...I can tell you lots about the levels I did play but not any of the writting...

"All of the technology in the world and we can't find a motley band of anarchists?"

"Well, ordinarily, it wouldn't be so hard, but something in interfering. Some 86¢ computer chip or maybe outside EM interference."

It had been three days since a band of about thirteen to fifteen anarchists had taken control of one of the largest stations floating in space. Armed and rather insane, this was a major crisis. Two hundred were dead after the wrong section was exposed to the vacuum of space in an attempt to halt the carnage. And now something was working against them. The anarchists were advancing, taking control of large sections of the station using weapons left by insurrectionists over two hundred years ago. The time had come.

OOC: Look at the name of the picture. :P And, you should buy the game. The Mac Action Sack has the entire Trilogy plus Abuse, Pathways into Darkness, and Minotaur.

Please aid us in ove•rthrowing the oppressive station command. Several of our members have been murd?ered along with countless others. Some have had hideous experiments performed on them.

OOC: That's a shame. In any case, is anyone going to IC respond?

"I think we've found them. Decompress the left wing of Section Eight."

"Done."

Screams. Radio silence. The radar showed far too many bodies flying into space. Cackles are heard over the intercom.

"You missed," the static filled voice speaks, "try again."

Explosions. Machine gun fire. The rebels were slaughtering the security forces with far superior weaponry.

They had gotten the rebels under control and secured the area as best they could. The security forces were lightly armed with crowd control weapons and non-lethal training. The insurgents were packing assault rifles and SMGs. They would soon storm the command nexus of the station.

They had been making progress. One of the shuttle bays had been captured and a small part of the engineering section was about to fall. Unfortunately, they had been found out. Fortunately, for the time being, the ships main AI was on their side. For the time being.

Remember to brush your teeth. And floss. But don't worry, momma's going to keep those bad ol' station commanders from de-compressing you into space, don't you worry.
