POLIORIS SYSTEM- A small wing of fighters attacked the Maguhren Hive supply base that handles all commerce that passes onto the planet from external sources. Details are sketchy, but the government has stated that a group of civilian- purchased ships opened fire on the base, killing 6 and injuring 23.
Supposedly, they stole at least 300,000 credits worth of supplies in the raid. No group has claimed responsability for this crime, but the government suspects a terrorist organization known as the Iron Order, who are running rampant in parts around Maguhren space, attacking convoys of food and medical supplies.
So far, all efforts of locating their base of operations have proved unsucsesful, but it seems they are stocking up for a major offensive. It is unknown exactly how many members this organization has, but based on the frequency of the attacks, we can speculate it is somewhere around 700-1000.
The government has stated that all civilian pilots flying in and around Maguhren space be weary and watch their backs. Also, any help in locating these bandits would be extremely appreciated.

"Hive, this is the Imperator Star Destroyer Justice. We have been dispatched to help solve your problem. We shall arrive shortly."

((OOC:NOTE: This is an open RP. You can actually join if you want... but you don't...))

"Justice, this is Hive. We read you inbound. We have multiple hull breatches and have lost life support to several decks. We think the decks are sealed off,"
"We'll dispatch some crewmen to aid in reconstruction. Do you know where the attackers went?"
"Thanks for the help. We think they fled out into the Silverton Field, a nasty place. Magnetic readings will distort your sensors to the point of uselessness, and huge rocks float about freely. Not somewhere you want to take a Star Destroyer. We think they have a base, or at least an outpost in there, and if you could destroy it, we could majorly cripple their efforts,"
"Switching to a secure channel," the Justice replied. "So it is the Order then?"
"Most definitly. They've been harrassing our supply convoys for months now. Commerce on both ends would improve. We'll dispatch a few fighters to assist you,"
"Okay then, we'll be heading out. Have your fighters meet us at the edge of the field. Justice out,"
The Hive dispatched a half-dozen Swarm fighters out. They went in, cruise engines ablaze, and halted at the edge of the field, right next to Star Destroyer. "Justice, this is Gamma-1. What's the plan?"

"Gamma-1, we are going to dispatch a squadron of TIE Fighters, a squadron of TIE Interceptors, and a squadron of TIE Bombers. You and your squadron are to protect the TIE Bombers as they move in to destroy the outpost. The Justice will hang back here. Now, let's move out! Justice, out."

"TIE force, this is Gamma-1. We've brought in a broad spectrum sensor ship. It'll be scanning through all of this debris so that we can actually find the outpost. We'll sweep through and paint a target if we find it,"
The bulky freighter packed with sensor equiptment took the lead into the field, flanked by Gamma-1 and his squadren. They were completely ready for whatever these bandits would throw at them...

Suddenly, two ships drop out of hyperspace. A Coreillian corvette and a Razor fighter.

"Gamma-1, we've got company. They appear to be pirates! Ready to take 'em down?"

"Roger, TIE force. We read bogies inbound. Gamma-2 and -3, stay with the sensor ship. All fighters, break formation and engage!" The turrets on the sensor ship burst to life, raining crimson slivers into the field. Gamma-1 pulled up and away, sweeping back towards the Corvette. He primed the only weapon on his Swarm: a capitol-class turbolaser. He was going to try to make a run down the length of the ship.
The TIE's broke off and engaged the Razor, trying frantically to cut it to pieces. ((OOC: I don't remember what exactly a Razor looks like. Is it even from SW?))
The other Gamma's were pounding the Corvette with their turbolasers, keeping it's turrets at bay so Gamma-1 could make his run. He leveled out, directly infront of the ship. He danced around laser fire, pulling a barrel-roll to the side. "Eat it, pirate scum," he mummbled, thumbing the firing stub. His tiny ship seemed to shake as the mamoth laser seared through space. His blasts pockmarked the hull, and blew the bridge out of existance. The Corvette shuttered, and then violently exploded.
"This is Gamma-1 to all fighters, hostile is neutralized. TIE force, mop up that fighter. Our ships are completely useless against something that agile," Forming up on the sensor ship, Gamma-Wing continued into the field, waiting for the rest of the force to catch up.

IC:

"Roger, Gamma force. We're moving in to take out the fighter." The fighter suddenly turns around and heads straight for the TIEs, firing a combination of lasers and ion lasers.

"I've been hit!" one of the TIE Interceptor pilots says. The Interceptor stops in its tracks, disabled.

"Beta force (OOC: TIE Bomber squadron), prepare to fire concussion missiles on 3. 1...2...3!"

Two concussion missiles fire from each TIE Bomber. The Razor fighter is able to avoid some of them, but as it turns to escape, a missile slams into the back of the fighter, destroying it.

"Got 'em! Whoo hoo!"

"Good flying, boys. Now lets continue on to the outpost!"

The force moved through the field, scanning and scanning. "Gamma-1, this is Theta-4 ((OOC: Sensor Ship)). We have found it. Repeat, we've found it. Painting target now,"
"Good job, Theta-4. Turn back to Maguhren space. We'll handle it from here. Gamma-11 and -12, escort Theta-4 back to the planet,"
"Roger, Gamma-1. Breaking off,"
The force of fighters then moved in on the small outpost. It seemed like a staging area for attacks, most definitly not large enough to be their base. "Iron Order Outpost, this is Gamma-1. Surrender now or we will be forced to open fire,"
Silence.
"I repeat, Iron Order Outpost, this is Gamma-1 of the MAGUHREN NAVAL FLEET. Surrender of we will open fire," There was the whine of gears as a floating asteroid chunk sprung to life... or at least the massive turbolaser attached to it did. It hurled a bolt of light, turning Gamma-4 into particles. "You asked for it! All fighters, attack!"

As the TIE squadrons move in to engage the outpost, suddenly dozens of turbolasers begin firing from every direction. Quickly almost half the squad is wiped out!

"We need back up!" the Beta squadron leader radios back to the Justice.

"Roger that, Beta-1. We're going to try to navigate through the asteroid field. We're dispatching fighters to be our eyes and ears since the magnetic readings will distort our sensors. We shall arrive shortly. Justice, out."

The Justice dispatches two Assault Shuttles to help guide the Justice through the asteroid field.

The Justice exits the asteroid field with only a few bumps from where asteroids slammed into it.

"Beta-1, this is the Justice. We are dispatching TIEs and moving in to engage station defenses. Defending us is your top priority! Justice, out."

The Justice launches 2 squadrons of TIE Fighters and a squadron of TIE Bombers as it moves in to engage the outpost.

"Good you could make it, Justice. Help where you can," Gamma-1 said, throttling his thrusters up and making a pass at one of the turrets. He weaved and bobbed around the incoming laser fire, thumbing the firing stud, releasing a bolt of energy, crimson and massive, into the asteroid. The rock exploded into a thousand pieces, iron, steel, and granite dust flying. He jerked the stick to the side, and went on to the next stationary target...

((OOC: Gah, wrong account again. Sorry.))

The Justice approaches it's first target, a turbolaser set up on an asteroid. The Justice begins firing large green turbolasers. The rock explodes into millions of tiny pieces.

"Just 6 more! Keep up the good work, boys!"

((OOC: Sorry, I haven't been around a lot. I'll pick up where we left off...))

Gamma Squadren wove through the laser fire, finally taking out the last of the weapons platforms.
"Order Outpost, this is Gamma-1. You are surrounded and defensless. Surrender now, or we WILL commence fire upon your base," Suddenly, a large transport ship fly out of the depot, igniting its cruise engines and rocketing off into the heart of the field. The depot's turrets then opened fire, and two squadrens of drone fighters leapt out in an attack pattern.
"Damnit... Justice, can you take care of the fighters and the outpost? I'll take my men after the transport,"
"Roger Gamma-1. Engaging Order Outpost,"
"This is Gamma-1 to Gamma Squadren. Move in on the transport. We need to take it out," The Gammas then ignited their cruise engines in an attempt to track down the rouge transport, blasting out into the field.

"This is the Justice. We are dispatching the Iota squadron to take care of the fighters. Beta squadron, help us disable the outpost."

The Justice moves in closer, firing a combination of turbolasers and ion cannons. The TIE Bombers begin firing ion pulse missiles at the outpost.

Meanwhile, the Iota squadron has it's hands full battling the enemy fighters.

"Iota 1 here. I am locked onto my target. Firing concussion missiles now!"
(OOC: These TIE Interceptors are modified to carry missiles.)

Two concussion missiles launch from the missile launcher. The fighter wiggles and swerves to try to avoid the missiles, and for a second everyone thought it had, until the missiles slammed into the cockpit of the fighter, completely destroying it.

"Woohoo! Just five more to go!"

"Johnson, load two dozen troops onto an Assault Transport and prepare to board the outpost. Try not to kill anybody. Bring them back to me." Admiral Watson orders.

Lieutenant Johnson and his squad of stormtroopers storm onto the outpost with no resistance. The people who survived the attack had already dropped their weapons and had their hands in the air.

"In the name of the Grand Space Empire of Tasty Foods and President Williams, you are under arrest for conspiring against Maguhren and Tasty Foods."

The stormtroopers put cuffs on the wrists of every man and woman on the outpost, and they load onto the Assault Transport.

"Admiral, we have the prisoners. Every last one of them."

Good. As soon as you reach the Justice, we will destroy the outpost and get out of here.

The Assault Transport reaches the Justice and enters the hangar. Immediately afterwards, an onslaught of turbolasers and concussion missiles fly from the star destroyer.

Within seconds, the outpost explodes into a million pieces.
