In a good-will gesture, the Principality of Skeelzania ordered it's military to release 25 Kechan naval personel who had been captured nearly 40 years ago at the Battle of Relafia.

The 25 men and women were taken aboard the Skeelzanian cruiser Tiamat shortly after thier vessel had been boarded by marines of the Prinicpality. Shortly after this incident Kecha, for unknown reasons, apparently dropped off the physical plane, preventing negotiantins from taking place for the re-patriation of the captives.

For seeing the eventual return of Kecha, they were put into statis sleep until a suitable time for their release arrived. Now with the reappearance of Kecha, the Grand Prince ordered the PoWs "defrosted" and put on the first shuttle back to Kecha.

IC: In a response statement made by a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Skeelzania recieved great thanks for this gesture:

"We cannot express our thanks to the Skeelzanians for returning these people to us. Their surviving families are especially happy, and we hope this is a sign of better things to come in the future"

The shuttle will be met just outside Kechan space by an Andromeda-Class ship that has been temporarily designated The Holy Merchant.
