The government of T.a.r has decided to open the gates for migration to and from tar, in order to increase diplomatic relations between nations.
Tar is made up of a mix of peoples and there is virtually no discrimination against any race or gender. construction has begun just outside of Tar's main residential areas in preparation for a stream of immigrants, and all basic needs will be met.

Criminals being "Deported" to TAR

Today 14 convicts of Jubily High Security Prison for the Mentally Insane Killers (MIK) left Pheonix city airport today in high security plane bound for the land of The Aethiest Reality. It is believed that the government is now taking advantage of the open immigration laws to avoid taxing the hard working people of Pablicosta to keep said prisoners in Pablicostan prisons. Governer Arnie of Pablicosta colony state Lithuarnia said, this on the matter.
"They should have just sent them here, I would have [b]TERMINATED[b] them on sight![/i] after this brief interview Gov. Arnie left to try and find some "robot scum".

Ships of the merchant marine and ships hired for the moment were lining the docks of Mirenburg, Zwoll and Atlach. Dust and confusion reigned temporarily here and there, but swiftly Reichspolizei and soldiers restored order as thousands upon thousands of people, bewildered, angry and frightened were ushered from rail stations, buses and planes at the major ports of Lavenrunz.
Here a family stood, in rumpled city clothes, their few belongings stuffed into suitcases, trying unsuccessfully to argue with a stone faced minor official from the Ministry of the Interior.
There a group of mullahs were sullenly being herded onto the gangplank of a ship, muttering warnings but not daring to do much more than that.
A group of officers were taking a break, considering how to organize the next trainload when a car pulled up. They saluted briskly when they saw that it was General von Baden.
"It's going well, your Excellency. There've only been one or two incidents." reported a Colonel, smiling.
The General nodded, and accepted a glass of sparkling water from an aide.
