All media in the Isidon Valley is controlled by the state. Special teams of Inquisitor-Librarians keep track of all broadcasts over IRN (Isidon Radio Network) as well as all articles published in the National Chronicle. The Chronicle is the only nationally circulated paper at this time, though most cities have their own, locally circulated publication, controlled through the local Office of Inquisition.
Iansisle
15-04-2004, 09:26
The Iansislean International Telegraph Corporation, also known as IanCorp, Int. IanCorp control most all forms of media, from print services to radio to moving-pictures. While a few independent presses exist, they are all too often bought or intimidated out of business so IanCorp can keep its monopoly.

IanCorp makes extensive use of Iansisle's freedoms of the press; in fact, its constant legal privacy intrusions is a source of much agitation for senior government officials.

Currently, IanCorp is in a loose 'alliance' with the Royal Mining and Manufacturing Consortium, the East Gallaga Company of Iansisle, and the Westerton Motor-Car Company to defend corporate interests against the largest labor movement in Iansisle's history.

The flag paper of IanCorp is the Ianapalis Star-Tribune; most other IanCorp 'rags' get their stories from IanCorp Wire Services, which spreads its net large and over the entire world.
