Agent Delta sits in a chair, his face hidden as usual. At his side is a nameless agent and a flag opposite him. It is not the flag of the Empire though. "Citizens, world leaders... I have just signed the document securing my rule over Crimmond. I have officially dissolved the Crimmond Imperial Totality. I have replaced it with the Crimmond Combine. To those that know the history of this nation, that will mean something. To those that don't, I will explain.
"After High Commander Andrew IV removed us from the GDODAD, he formed the Crimmond Combine Inter-Regional Alliance. This was set up with the 'puppet' governements controlled by Crimmond military personel. We now renew the memory of past glories in a new light. The Crimmond Combine should have a new flag as well, which is why I chose this one."

"Now... we shall move into the future and out of the shadows. Which is hy this hat will no longer block my face from anyones view." With that, he shifts it and lifts his head. For the first time publicly, his face is seen. "I will also no longer be Agent Delta. I am Administrator Delta. The sounds of progress are ever loud. The sounds of the war drums not far softer. Soon we will be able to reveal what is emerging for the Combine."
