Earlier this month census officials have announced a startling revelation today as it was confirmed that the Sovereign Federation of California had in fact exceeded the population mark of two-billion. Although President Sandra M. Devnostræva was not around for comment Californian Vice President Jennifer Jorgensen told the press that while the confirmed census is good news to President Devnostræva she is occupied with war planning and meetings with her military cabinet to be able to make an appearance.
