The tragedy of misunderstandings between nations is that they sometimes spill innocent blood and wreck innocent lives. We must avoid such things in future. Lavenrunz is part of the International Mediation Treaty, as is Vegana, surely the strife that occured recently could have been avoided.
As things currently stand, we must establish whether or not it is our intention to respect the sovereignty of the Reich or not.
Lavenrunz has always striven to do so, in spite of some differences of opinion over other matters. The Reich has not acted aggressively towards Greater Prussia, and Greater Prussia should not act so now.
To those nations in the Reich: you are wished health and happiness, and a bountiful future. May we be brought together in further days for trade and goodwill.

North Star has no ill feeling forwards the government of Lavenrunz BUT certainly holds some concern over the rest of Greater Prussia.
