Greetings! I am Procurator Williams of the Seco Empire. Many of you have received a personal telegram from me already, if you have please read this message as well.
The Empire of Seco, which has occupied the newly created region of Navarro, invites you to relocate for the purpose of creating a Federal Ruling Body for the region. All forms of government are welcome in Navarro however Nation States aligned with the United Nations are not permitted to enter Navarro.
If you would like to accept the offer please send a letter of inquiry to be given the list of requirements. Letters should be sent to seco@outgun.com. Letters sent via telegram except from those who received a personal telegram invitation will be dismissed due to the volume of telegrams received.
