The Legislative Assembly votes have been tabulated and it appears to be a strong spin away from the governing Christian Democrat Party, and towards the Roanian National Socialist Worker's Party. The current voting is as follows:
Christian Democratic Party: 34% of the House of Burghers, 55% of the House of Nobles*
National Socialist Workers Party: 30% of the House of Burghers, 40% of the House of Nobles
The remaining percentages are split pretty much evenly between the Federation Party, Communist Party and Imperial Party. The CDP no longer has the clear majority, and will most likely be forced into a coalition to maintain control of the Lower House, and thus the Government.
Prime Minister Harold Cartwright has announced his intention to stand aside before the next election, but who he will stand aside in favour of remains unknown.
*Note: The percentage for the house of lords is how many Lords have become affiliated with these parties. In the house of Burghers, the percentage is the amount of Burghers voted in from each party
