If I eject someone form my region, they are put on the ban list, is there any way to let thme back in?

Or better yet is there a way to silence a nation for a day or two and not allow them to post in the region post thingie?

Some people want to stage a coup on my region and I would like to silence them once and for all by having a vote for one day, you cna only vote for countries in the region, and the day of the vote boot em and the next day let em back in

You can unban someone on your ban list after you have ejected them (it will say in regional control). But they have to move back to your region once unbanned. I don't know how to not let someone post messages temporarily apart from ejecting them for a few days, then letting them back in.
