We, the people of Emerald Winter, have been in a state of Civil War for 200 years. We wish to end this war, as is has cost us many lives, and has slowed our development terribly. I am Major Tiarnan Kristjan, and I represent the faction in our nation's Civil War known as the Reds. I have been instructed to inform all interested nations of the following offer:

Most every soldier from Emerald Winter involved in this offer has probably seen more battles than you have Birthdays, and they're not the kind of people you trifle with. In combat you can be assured they'll fight to the end, and the only time they'll retreat is if you order them to do so.
