Ladies & Gentlemen,
This evening, I wish to make my first address as President of Census. As President, I represent a relatively new nation, however my staff and I are not new to the world of politics, government and NationStates itself. My administration and I have previously lead many millions of people, and as regional delegation, even many nations to a free, just and democratic life. Under my leadership, I wish to bring the same three simple, yet so important things to the lives of all citizens in Celsus and the rest of NationStates. Later today, the Cage administration and cabinet will be published along with more information on the Cage agenda and schedule.
