The Tribunal of Aerion, the three-man executive branch appointed by Belem before they left the nation has formed the Aerion Interim Governing Council to govern the nation until it can restore order. The major damage seems to be in the Southwestern, and Central provinces as those were where the most battles took place as well as civil disturbances. Much of the major metropolis on the southwest coast was damaged, and the infrastructure of these areas are severely damaged. The Governing Council is in the process of appointing a Cabinet, and supervisors to aide in reconstruction of the nation. The capital city was severely damaged, including several cultural heritages of the Aerion people. With this, the Tribunal of Aerion released a statement,

"We are now recovering from the war which was caused by the terrible, and evil Prelacy. We wish to bring our nation to glory once again, and therefore require funds to help provide our people with the basic infrastructure needed for their survival."

It was noted that several poorer areas, such as south of the river that runs through the center of the capital city, a ghetto slum, were being ignored. The priority seem to be to restore former wealthy areas to their glory. Though this has been explained unofficially that it will "take the wealthy to rebuild this country, families of former wealth who had overseas bank accounts before the war"

SeOCC is prepared to provide basic living staples to poorer areas of Aerion, as well as to help re-establish service support infrastructure, such as hospitals and schools, in said areas.

The Tribunal's Transmission to SeoCC:

"While your offer is kind, we would like to choose what areas we direct funds donated to, certain areas are higher priority than others based on what we think will bring the nation back to its feet. Otherwise, we do not want funding to certain areas as it may affect the cultural stability of Aerion."

We can submit 3, 700 man construction teams each provided with 2 large cranes to be used at your discresion for construction of cities.

We are also willing to send $1.4 Billion in aid for your people, aswell as $5.2 Billion for Construction of cities and erection of government.

I would also be pleased if you would allow us to set up a Black Hole Cafe chain within your land, of which you may have 45% of the profit gained to aid you.

Finally, a payment of $10 Billion over the next 3 years will be delivered to aid your nation in this time of trouble.

The Protectorate of Starblaydia can provide you with many highly mobile trucks, cranes, diggers, excavators, bulldozers and other construction tools, totalling nearly 1,000 vehicles. The Black Hole Cafe style depends on its location. Of course, the menu remains the same but behavioural standards may vary. For example, our Forum 7 establishment is a little wacky, and our Texas branch allows a little local leniance.
