8-1-1 - All Out Defence
5-4-1 - Defensive
4-4-2 - Normal
3-4-3 - Attacking
0-1-9 - All Out Attack

This will be selected by you in the signup thread...when you signup.

Ranking System - RPR3
Rank = 150 - [Last 2 U21 Cup Points*2 + RP Bonus + WC Bonus]
RP Bonus: 0 for 0 RPs, 20 for 1 RP, 40 for 2 RPs. Bonus 10 for best RP of the Cup.
WC Bonus: 0 for n00b, 20 for newish, 40 for WC vet.

Nor a 4-3-3, which a lot of U21s play. But then again its not Champ Manager, Five formations should be enough to reflect most people's tactical thinking

You can consider 5-4-1 and 3-4-3 as 5-3-2 and 4-3-3, but it's more of a rough guide.

KP normally play 3-5-2 but the U21s entering this tournament are actually U11s, and they don't give a **** about defence, so are playing a 0-1-9.

Much of the national team being under-21, the Baby Crocodiles will be an under-18 squad playing a 4-4-2 formation.

The Young Gools will be in for the 3rd time. (3-4-3)

Seeing as the Brazillican 4-1-2-1-1-1 Lawn Dart isnt available, put us down for the 4-4-2.

The Young Druids will try again, but due to a lack of any decent young forwards coming through, will play defensive (5-4-1).

I've got some 10 year olds that can actually play defense. :P I'll play 4-4-2 to help my youngsters prepare for the national team that plays 4-3-3.

Well so far in sims we are up from 2/3 Goals/Match to 4/5 Goals/Match. Mainly because of all those people who keep picking 3-4-3. Expect a goalfest.

4-4-2 for the Pandas.

U21C3 is going to have alterations made to the Ranking System as well, more details later. Funny how WC3 and U21C3 both had/are going to have major modifications.
