Last month, due to a large Constitutional Convention in Garia (Nupax's Captiol City), the government was unable to issue a report. Word is not yet out on what has been decided at the convention.
However, earlier this month, Parliment decided not to grant favors to countries, monitary, millitary, or otherwise, in order to presuade them to join the Isle of Ular.
