Hello Nations!
I'm the Presindent of Vilniu.
I'm new to this site and would like to know the basic ins and outs of this site :wink: :roll: :wink: .

Best advice I can give to you is to read the stickies. If you go into the International Incidents forum, and read the stickies there on what to post and what not to post, that will tell you most everything you need to know to get started. After that, just watch other nations, ask a couple of questions when necessary, and in a short time you'll know your way around the game just fine.
