Emperor Melkor declares Iesus government Defunct, ejects Reich from Metus!

ANGBAND -- Dor Daedoloth:
Today, in a rare display, Emperor Melkor declared the government of Iesus Christi defunct, citing an apparent drop-off in all politial contact, and noting that The Iesus Christi administration has apparently abandoned all Metus-related administrative duties. While they can't be removed from the alliance, Lord Melkor has petitioned the alliance to suspend Iesus Christi from the Council until such a time comes that it's appropriate to restore said duties.' [OC: meaning, "when/if the real Iesus comes back"]

In the same release, Lord Melkor also announced that the entire Reich has been ejected from the Metus alliance for what he cited was a "frightening and highly disturbing lack of ambition." Officials in the Reich are left to wonder what, if anything, to do next. Imperial government officials have reccommended to Reich dignitaries that they join with Greater Prussia should they wish to remain in Metus.
