Today, the 2 billionth Hattian was born in the capitol of Haton. The 4th Infantry and Armored battalions are marching through the streets of Haton, along with groups like the Communist and Conservative parties.

The Prime Minister visited the parents of the 2 billionth child. They hadn't yet decided on a suitable name to commemorate this event. The Prime Minister said, "It is amazing that a nation founded by about a thousand exiles transformed itself into such a great country."

OOC: It's been a fun year (almost). I hope I can be around for another one, maybe I'll get to 4 billion.
