Agent Delta was going over different paperwork about Automagfreek and the return of Damien, pushing aside other documents for the moment. Soon though, word came through that a bombing had occured at the APTO conference. It did not kill the attendees though. Amature. Delta thought, moving to reports of APTO responces. "Massings of troops. A wasted gesture." he says to the air.

The air responds though, in the form of Agent 283. "What will be your response sir?"

Across the globe the message was recieved, but most likely ignored by most nations as another conflict. To the ones that did listen, he spoke.

"Imperial citizens. Members of the APTO. I have just been informed of a bombing at the APTO conference I requested. I am most ditressed to find that my first international act has been so interuppted. I wish to know of any deaths or injuries and who is responsible for this attack, so that proper action against that nation can be taken. The Empire will not stand for it's represenitives being blown up. Our military is at sixty percent complete in it's buildup and we weill be more than happy to assist any nation attempting retribution."

Delta's face was hidden by a wide brimmed hat. "I do wish to make one thing clear to you all though. The Empire seeks peaceful cooperation with you all, so that the Black Staff's rule can be strengthened in the Empire." He pauses as another agent steps up and says something in Delta's ear. "I would go on further, but I am needed elsewhere." He walks off the stage, followed by the Agent that walked up and Agent 283. The broadcast ends a moment later.

A message was transmitted directly to Delta, as to avoid diplomatic channels, adressing the APTO Confrence 'Bombing'. It contained a video file as well as text file that was short, to the point, and contained a suprise or two for Agent Delta.

Agent Delta, I best recomend you speak with the appropriate intelligence agencies and new sources, or at least put some in other nations. You might also wish to check the loyalty of some of your agents. I have just returned from the confrence which you requested, and your lizard failed miserably at assasinating us. In fact, he revealed that his plan was to get us to raise a noise so that your Black Staff would remove you from power. Better luck next time, maybe you should talk to the ICIA about getting some decent assasins. Respectfully

Attatched to the note file was a video that recorded the entire confrence, including the Brute's admitance that the pen was a bomb, and refusing to detnoate it.

A very simple response is sent back.
