In the very unlikyly event (or is it?) of the next "world war" what would you do? Would you add to the war or claim neutrallity (is that a word?)? Would you join the side bent on world domination or the side attempting to stop them? Would you join the side that seeks vengence on a neighboring country, or the side protectiong that country? Would you join the anti-dictatorship side or the dictatorship themselves? Or would you try to stay out of it altogether?
