Kata'Re walks into the Leadership Office in the new Capitol Building, only to be suddenly hugged by something in the darkness. Quite calm at this point, he turns on the light to see a human hugging him. Sighing as he looked up at the ceiling, Kata'Re looked down at the human.

"Hello there young one, I believe you are not Birthright Human, can you please explain how and why you have traveled so far to embrace me for a reason I know not of?"

Calmly standing, after twenty minutes of silence, a Colonel walks in and stops dead in his tracks, "Busy, sir?"

Kata'Re looks to the Colonel, "By no means, this one just appeared and hugged me-" looks down to the human "-before I could turn on the light. I am waiting for a response to an earlier question, however, in which twenty freakin' minutes have pasted and no answer has been given."

The Colonel nodded, being Birthright Human he knew this wasn't of a pure Rudavian strain. However, he shrugged. "Well," he started to Kata'Re, "I could call security or something........"

Kata'Re shook his head, "No, just wait here for another thirty minutes. Looks like a female, so we'll be polite gentlemen and awate her response. However, if I am tricked, ensure this one goes back to the Motherworld in one piece."

The Colonel Nodded, "Yes Leader Kata'Re," then began to wait for an answer.

Overlord Bradley Steelblood regarded the smaller human with a look that aptly expressed his shock, annoyance, and disdain for the embrace he found himself in.

"*ahem!* Are we quite through here?" he said with a scowl as he pried the other person off.

Alexander Valient accepted the hug with a slight shrug.

"It... has truly been too long since I've been hugged. Thank you..."

General Roberts, General Hessinger, and Admiral Moore all looked at each other in confusion. They all shared equal power in postwar Fyreheart, and all of a sudden, this woman appeared and started walking back and forth between them, hugging them at random.

Moore looked at Roberts. "Who is this?"

Roberts shrugged. "I have no idea."

Moore looked at Hessinger, who also shrugged and shook his head.

Moore finally looked at the woman. "Uhh...take me to your leader?"

The Prime Secretary stood with a surprised look on his face as a woman he had never seen before walked right into his office.

"How did you-"

His look of surprise turned to one of astonishment as she proceeded to huggle him for no apparent reason. He stood there awkwardly for a moment, pondering the imponderables of this strange world and how odd life is at times, then decided he rather liked it. It was nice to see someone being... nice.

He hugged her back.

Lord Damien, 2nd in line to the throne, and general all-around bastard, was on his way back to his manor when all of a sudden...

"Um... can I help you, insolent girl?" He asked, trying to pry this woman off of him. "Look, I've sliced people to pieces for less."

Damien sighed. He couldn't, quite, reach his sword, and he couldn't move his hands to direct an energy blast into this... person. "Look, will this be going on for a while?" He whistled, aimlessly.

General Davis looked at his display screens, all around the world, leaders were receiving hugs, it was even rumored that an unknown hugging assailants got backed the OIS guards and hugged Executer Simon himself

Sim Wayg, founder of the Offshorian nation and honorary head of state, stood in his tiny office on the small oil rig that constituted the entirety of the country, and looked out through the window at the storm raging outside. The sky was a dark grey, and galing winds lashed up huge waves. All helicopters to and from Offshore had been temporarily grounded.

Then, all of a sudden, he felt arms slip round him and the press of a body hugging him. He froze with astonishment, then blushed and waited for the mysterious woman to release him. It seemed she had just appeared out of thin air.

"Well, good afternoon young lady. How on earth did you make it to Offshore?" He smiled, and reached into his pocket. "Never mind. Now that you're here, have a passport. I'm giving them out to everyone these days..."

The King Vampire of The Gothic Underworld, King Louis, had just woken up from his day slumber, and was just heading for his blood harem to pick a woman for his evening meal of blood, when suddenly a woman came out of nowhere, and.......hugged him.

"Er, hi," said the King, nonplussed. Even here in the vampire-friendly country, no mortal being ever hugged an immortal freely, unless of course he or she was offering blood and friendship, as is so often the case. This woman doesn't even seem like a local Atrosian, but then she said that she was a leader of a new country.

Then, Crown Princess Adelia came upon them, and pricked up her eyebrows. It's not often that her immortal brother hugs a mortal woman and not feed upon her blood, but even as she is thinking this, the woman let go of Louis and hugged her too.

Signing to Adelia in their secret sign language that the woman is a nation leader and should not be fed upon, but rather treated with all due respect, Louis went away shaking his head. Even after 2000 years, liberalism remains a mystery to him. Pondering this, Louis wondered whether or not he should offer a political marriage to this woman to a scion of the influential Venger family, one of the oldest in GU, and his as-yet unknown descendents........

OOC: Crown Princess Adelia is King Louis' sister when they were both alive, and she is also brought into the vampire fold by her brother that long time ago. She holds the title of Crown Princess in case that Louis shall come to harm or abdicate the throne, for as is known that vampires cannot die naturally, and if both she and Louis comes to harm, a secret will of Louis states that the current Patriach of the Venger family should ascend the throne. As for the 'Atrosian' reference, the Gothic Underworld was a nation named Atros before the Dark Revolution led by Louis, and in some cases, it is still referred to as Atros.

The Dark Emperor Drake Yurka, who has been ruling the country for over 200 years, suddenly decides to go for a brief fly around the countryside on one of Yurka's newest aircraft models. Quickly suiting up and taking the palaces elevator miles down he finally arrives at Yurka's elite fighter bay.

"Ahhhh... Nothing like a quick flight, is she all set?" Drake stares at the engineer, who nods quietly, "Good..." he mumbles and climbs up into the cockpit, putting the preassuised apparatus on just in case. He hits the plane into ignition and speed down the underground runway upwards towards the secret exit built into the mountains.

After a few minutes in the air something tightens around Drake's waist and he looks down, noticing a woman latched onto him, "Hello?! Hello?!? Engineer who let this woman in the cockpit?!"

A static filled, "She was latched on to you when you got in, I thought she was with you." filled the cockpit and there was a quiet chuckle as the radio blipped off and the plane's altitude reached it's limit but he unfortunately he wasn't paying enough attention.

"Ah! Move!" Drake tries moving her out of the way of the controls but it's no use and the ship suddenly nosedives, Drake ejecting at the last possible minute before it hits the ground, and large rumble heard as the parachute lands nearby and the girl latched onto him finally lets go and walks over to hug a random passerby.

Letting out a deep sigh Drake thinks to himself, "You don't really understand how important something is untill its gone..."

Within moments, the woman was swooning, as hundereds of women before her always did, and sniffing her neck, Louis punctured her neck and took a few drops of blood, not enough to satisfy his bloodlust, but then it was not a feeding of passion, more a ceremony of friendship.

"You kiss well." murmured the woman.

"I guess I do. What's your name anyway?"

{Chancellor Keiji is sitting at this desk doing his homework, while Mireille (his girl friend) trys to tutor him}

With that, Louis took a heavier draught. The woman swooned and moaned louder, and it seemed like eternity to her. Yet Louis, being the good soul that he is despite his vampiric nature, stopped way before he took enough to kill her, just as he has always done with his blood harem of women. He looked around to ask Adelia if she would like a turn, but she was already gone.

"Gone to her men, i suppose." Louis thought.

Then he looked back at the Lady Serenity in his arms. She was pale and breathing hard, but her face was flushed with ecstasy. Lifting her up easily as is the case with vampires, the King Vampire bore the women to the Palace's dining room, for a midnight snack of chocolate cookies and good wine, standard meal of those who spent a night with the King, as well as the other vampires of the country, and offered their blood.

Louis paused, "The female immortal you hugged back there, she is, or rather was, my sister when we were mortal, and I was the one who brought her into the Dark Fold. Now she holds the title of Crown Princess, in the case that i decide to transfer all responsibilties of leadership to somone else. Although she's already acting in the capacity of a Queen anyway, but I have no intention of marrying her."

Louis stopped. He beckoned, and soon one of his women from his harem came, and stood by Louis' side.

"If you don't mind," Louis said to the Lady. He proceeded to puncture the concubine's wrist, and fresh blood flowed out of the wound. This Louis poured into a wine glass until half-full, before he staunched the wound, and proceeded to fill the remaining glass with the red wine, which he savours.

"Forgive me, but ever since i became immortal, I have not been able to take in anything else other than blood, and although i still like blood best, I have been longing for a glass of good wine." He gestures to his own glass. "This isn't the real thing, but it does for me."

He couldn't believe a national leader could be so flippant about her responsibilities......well he himself was just as flippant, but at least he has others to do his work, people who are actually happy to play his politics. He wasn't sure about the state of the Lady's country though. Perhaps she had a similar system going on there.........

Emperor Radassat sat in his pitch black meditation room. There was no light whatsoever, as he wanted to eliminate all distraction. Suddenly, he felt a human woman holding him; what humans called a 'hug'. He sensed a friendliness from her. A sincere feeling of goodwill. Very peculiar. He was used to humans exhibiting emotions in his presence, intimidation, fear, but never affection.
Suddenly, she was gone. His psychic experiences could feel very real at times. In his effort to stretch his psychic senses as far out as possible, he had neglected to stop when he became tired and let his barriers down. Such did she enter his mind.

The door opened, and light shone in from the corridor outside. A human male in uniform walked in.

"You called, Master?" he asked.

"Correct", replied Radassat, walking to the door. He towered over the man, being seven-feet-and-nine-inches in height.

"Do you want me to-"

"Yes", Radassat cut him off mid-sentence.

Walking along the corridor, the man followed him.

"Xenif asked me to give you a message, he wanted me to tell you that th-"

"Ah. Tell him to revert back to plan alpha. You are dismissed."

The man walked off, while Radassat went to his bedroom to rest.
