Greetings, people of the NS Community. We come to you now with news that could spell the end of the Emerald Civil War (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=136886&highlight=), wich has torn our nation apart for 200 years. Just yesterday General Dalibor Kristian, one of the best Generals of all the Red(Rebel) forces, managed to finish off a 3-month-long fight for the Loyalist Capital with a victory. The city of Joep, once the seat of power for the Elves who have harried, and oppressed our kind for so long, now belongs to the Reds.
