The Ruskkie War Office has recently ordered Ruskkia's new airships (http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=137439&highlight=) to be deployed in Southern Wastes, which is now a protecterate after SteamEarth 'dissolved'.

The Ruskkie War Office has stated that it is all to do with upcoming 'war games'.

Others say it has something to do with the rebel group known as the Ruskkie Collective who maybe at large in Southern Wastes.

Menelmacari holdings in Southern Wastes must not be compromised. We will be watching, carefully.
