Setting out from the hidden headquarters of the WWL, four men in a beat-up old truck drove through the country neighboring Belem of Boingtopia. Boingtopia was a lawless land, the government controlling only a small sliver of the capital. Thusly, they rode armed. But their intention was not to blow anyone up, not this team. Their attack was the primary thing, and it did not involve explosions, but the secondary attack would.
They were dressed as typical Boingtopian city dwellers, which was not much better than the typical peasant. They drove up to the Belem border, and stopped. The lead person in the car went out, and talked to the guard. "We are here to emigrate to the The Holy Imperial Empire. We are out-of-work computer specialists, looking for a job. Here are all of our papers. I believe you will find them in order."
