I have set this up to warn new and old nations alike which nations or players have a history of region crashing, bad Roleplaying, Region Spamming or just general bad play.

Firstly, this is not a flame bait. This is a wanring to nations whom do not know which nations to involve themsleves with.

Secondly, if you want to report something here, make sure it is not a deletable offence, in which case you should post it in Moderation.

Third, You must provide substancial evidence or I can't put someone on the list.

Finnaly, please ensure the player or nation you wish to report stille exists.

that's a fantasticly large list.

(I don't quite understand the list...there's no one I should be worried about? Or should I be worried about everybody? :P)

Not really, if someone does something wrong, like flaming or region crashing and are aloud to remain in the game I feel it is right to warn others.

FE, In the RL World, if a peadophile is arrested and imprisoned for 5 years, they are placed on a viewable list of peadophiles.

So if someone is given a temperory forum ban, then come back they should be named for what they have done.

Maybe they won't do it again if they are known for it.
