Alright, yesterday I was watching "Hunt for the Red October" and I thought it would be cool to have a submarine with the same propulsion system. The system is silent and can not be heard like a traditional submarine. Rather then using propellers, the system forced the sea water through tubes. Of course, since my nation is environmentally consious, I would adapt it so animals could not get sucked in and killed. If it is not legal, then I will not implement it.

So long as you properly RP it, it sounds fine and plausible.

If you RP it right and make it reasonable it is perfectly legal. There is no limit to the imagination, just good to make it reasonable and realistic.

This is an RP querry and should really be handled in a RP forum, Gameplay is not for RP.

Now My Opinion.
If it is your Nation and you have a sufficiently high enough populaiton to warrant a naitonal age that could possibly do that then go for it, Heck I have Battlestars and Cylons in Loop.
Personally I would say a naiton of 1.5billion could possibly pull that off.

although you will probably get called a Godmodder if someone likes your idea and gets mad taht they didnt think of it first.

also, the inlets would probably be safe as a caterpillar has no blades only the magnets shouldnt hurt varmits as those super magnets they use for gravatational experiments can safely make frogs Levitate.

Nah you should be fine. I've been here less and you should see the stuff I've cooked up that are all within bounds.
