OOC: Okay, this RP is a concept I thought of, based off of something I did in one of Steel Butterfly’s RPs. In this, a group of Thelasi scientists created a device to travel back in time. In reality, this device created a separate dimension, an exact copy of our world. When some one goes through the portal, a copy is made of them, and sent to this dimension, and the original is sent back to their “home” about an hour later.
Now, the story line is simple, the Thelasi created this device, but found that it “did not work” and promptly sold it to some outlaws, who thought that they were getting a working device. Now, your characters are on a star liner… that is about to be attacked by a pirate group.

By the by, what happens in this thread will have no effect on your normal RP… and please, no, “GOMODDER TIME MACHINES DON’T EXIST” the time machine is a story device, just like the ever broken transporters on StarTreck
