Okay, so the main thread is in II, and this is a blatant plug, but I'm aware that there are many good RPers in the NationStates forum, who never venture into II, on account of it being mostly n00bsville.

Anyway, I'm looking for people interested in an intelligent, largely character driven, modern tech RP, based around corporate corruption, organised crime, sinister Black Ops and secret research projects... and crazy Nazis!
