Is it possible when you grow economically and in military power, would you be able to send down bombers from an orbiting spacecraft to bomb a specify place (soften up defences), before you deploy your troops into combat?
Yeah, like for example. If you are a future tech nation, you can have gigantic spaceships (A la Star Wars). This is one of the best things about NS, you can do just about anything you want.
