New Qualifying Format, unconfirmed
top 50 ranked teams go straight to round 2 of qualifying, and teams below rank of 50th top team including newbies go through:

10*5 groups = 20 teams through [top four through]
5*14 groups = 28 teams through [top two through]
Third Placed Teams: Two Best placed [Pts/GD/GF/Wins/Toss of coin] teams qualify [30 + 2 hosts = 32]

No change to post-qualifying stadia.

The other alternative system we are considering is this:

First stage
60 lowest ranked teams put into 10 groups of 6 teams, with the top two from each group going on to the second stage.

Second stage
40 top ranked teams and 20 qualifiers from the first stage are put into 10 groups of 6, with the top three from each group going on to the finals.

A decision will be made in the next few days as to which system will be used.

Also, two of the Druid stadia have been confirmed. They are:

Group E
Venue: Mawr, NEWI Cefn Druids
Stadium name: The Hole
Capacity of stadium: 78,000, though a successful bid would lead to funding for expansion to as much as 102,000.
Used by: National team

Group F
Venue: Graymouth, NEWI Cefn Druids
Stadium name: Chemindustadium
Capacity of stadium: 52,500
Used by: Graymouth FC

Other stadia yet to be decided, though venues in Parkville and Cefn seem likely candidates at the current time.

Confirmation that this will be the qualifying system used if the LE + NCD bid is successful.
