Build your own weapons and arm them yourself (with specifications within reason!)

Go to storefronts in NationStates or Internation Incidents forum.

This is where a whole lot of storefronts are, and if you wanna look for more things, majority of storefronts will be in International Incidents, and their owners will BUMP them so everyone can shop there. Don't buy too much though, make sure you know your GDP.
