the Republic of Soviet Ukraine would like to start a space program... but we have no ships, or many resources to build our own. However, we would be able to purchase one. So what I am asking is to see the best of what everyone has and I will judge from there what ships I wish to buy.

What sort of spacefleet? Just stuff to visit the moon and mars, or ships to visit other systems with?

As a matter of fact Vernii yes :) But Ukraine is also looking for military spacecraft like Skeelzania has also.
