In honor of the random whimsy that is Dark Eldar politics, I'm going to start dispatching medical teams and humanitarian aid to nations who request in. The medical teams will be equipped with highly advanced techniques and medicines to combat all manner of illnesses and injuries.
Humanitarian aid will invlude food supplies and peacekeeping troops, as soon as how much food and/or how many troops must be dispatched to a given country.

Interested nations may request medical, humanitarian, or peacekeeping aid here.

Well, you should send some to Silmesse, after all you attacked them and tried to enslave their people. You could repay them with medics , medicines, food and help to rebuild the city that was destroyed in the fight
