Before mere minutes ago, I had never heard of this rogue nation. I suddenly get a telegram from a country from the same region annoucing this person's intent to destroy me. I sent back a telegram to the President of Paix Et Ordre, basically asking for more details.

I have been doing some checking up on "Power and War" and noticed that there is more than one nation that wishes to destroy him. Could you explain to me why? Do you have any complaints against him? Any information that you could give me would be most appreciated. Thank you.
