This is formal notice to the international community that the Socialist Republic of Xanthal will be removing the dictatorial office from its government and replacing it with a triumvirate in five years' time. The triumvirs will be granted all powers currently allowed a dictator, but will need to obtain majority vote among themselves to make decisions. The Ministers will be granted a formal balance place as the Council, which will have the power to overrule triumvirate decisions with a 3/4 vote.
Five years after the new governmental system is put in place, a program will be implemented to begin privatizing nonessential residential, commercial, and industrial services. Tax rates will be dropped to a closely supervised, proportional 80% once the transfer is complete a year after it begins, and maximum and minimum wages will be set. The government will retain control of all essential establishments and assures Xanthalians that the change will not have a negative impact on services provided free of charge for all citizens.
In military news, the Battlecube class has been discontinued. Battlecube class vessels currently in operation will be allowed to live out their service life, and will then be decommissioned.
