International Institute for Political Science has been set up in the New Bulgar Federation. It is an open forum for students, diplomats, politicians and policy makers.

The Institute promotes regional and international co-operation and also acts as independent advisory body and/or a go-between.

Full grants are available to foreign nationals involved in the political life in their country. The Institute is host to yearly International Conference. Next year's topic: "How an individual can influence a group". Call for a proposal is open to everyone.

All states are welcome to join the initiative. Membership is free of charge. Please send copy of your constitution for the library and research center by replying here or sending a telegram.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs comfirmed today that Funktabula has sent a delegation of 30 government officials to participate in a 2 week study run by the International Institue for Political Science in the Federation of the New Bulgars. "Funktabula hopes to gain insight and knowledge thru the open exchange of ideas with the New Bulgars" said Foreign Affairs Ministry spokesman Stephan Azuli. "The New Bulgars committment to political freedoms and progressive stance on a range of issues will allow our delegates to bring back many ideas which can be quickly applied to benefit all Funktabulans".

The delegation will remain in the New Bulgar capital until Mid April.
