Taiwan lifts long-running ban on military exports
(Taipei Times)
The Taiwanese government has voted in a new law allowing the overseas export of military arms to begin, overturning a three decade ban since the days of the KMT government.
Many analysts in Taiwan believe agressive lobbying by companies such as CK-ROC systems to be a major factor in the passing of the act. Tough economic times were also a factor in the decision.
Hours after the law was passed, CK-ROC systems announced the ramping up of production at it's Taipei aerospatial facilities.
OOC: I'll be developing a few export fighters of my own to rival Raysia and PEA.
