Hello. We are now voicing a requst for aid in creating a Brown Water Navy. Our nation's land is full of rivers, many of which are very wide, and very deep. In the event of war these rivers could be used to do our nation great harm. We are willing to pay in cash to get specifications for vessels made for river patrolls, and combat in a river environment.
