Ecological Terrorists

Around the globe a letter was mailed out, printed on 100% recycled paper with no fingerprints attached. The recipients of this letter were the leaders of terrorist organizations the world over, who had absolutely no idea how the letters got to their doorsteps. Reguardless, the contents of all the letters were the same.
Fellow extremest leaders -
Greetings, I am Jewel Salisfeild, Speaker for the Earth Liberation Front. We are a band of extremeists like yourselves who believe in destroying a certain something by any means necessary, in our case capitalism and polluters. However, this message is not just one of brotherhood, it also contains a warning.
You see, much as we'd like to work together with all of you for the destruction of our mutual enemies, it has come to our attention that some of you are under the persuasion that non-ecofriendly weapons like nukes, dirty bombs, and bioweapons help your situation. That is why we must inform you otherwise, and say that any terrorist organization using said WMDs will not be spared from our righteous vengance. However, ortillary and nanoweapons are entirely fair game, because they don't cause pollution or defilation of the environment.
That aside, we'd like to work together with fellow anticapitalist groups and fight off the evil that is corporatism.
We hope that you all will heed our warning, and possibly even consider allying yourselves with us,
