Agent Delta steps before the camera, flanked by Agent 283 and warrior in an unkown type of battle armor. The hat Delta wore hid his face in shadow. 283 used a pair of sunglasses and the warrior has a full face great helm.

"Imperial Citizens, I am Agent Delta. Lord Reil Tian is dead. By the actions of Agent 283, a crisis is averted by allowing our leader to give out secret plans to the enemy. In his stead, I will be assuming the place as Emperor of the Crimmond Imperial Totality. We shall not waver from our course. We shall move into the future in ways you cannot even imagine."

It will soon become common issue for Strike Marines. This is only one of the many changes that are coming." The three exit and the transmission ends.

Unconfirmed reports state that workers were let off early across the nation, traffic jams not seeming to start the violence that usually happens. It appears that the news has rippled across the empire, but has not brought much outrage. Many say that it is past time for a regime change.

The new government thanks Mr. Fletcher for his support and wishes him well in the future.

In other news, Agent Delta has just announced that a major military buildup is going to happen, increasing the military from it's current size of 1.1% of the population and dropping as the population grows and the size of the military remains constant up to 4%.

While that has been done before by the late Lord Reil Tian in times of war, it has never been done in less than two years. The new Emperor has set a timetable of eight months for the buildup to be at least 80% completed. This is causing the Gene-Jack(OOC: Genetically engineered soldier) production rate to be doubled and the draft rate to be tripled.

This has caused concern about sub-standard training by many of the Empire's drill instructors, who are having their numbers boosted accordingly with the build up.
