Greetings people of the world. What I'm about to tell you concerns an internal affair of the nation of Roselle. I feel that it is my duty, however, to tell you of it, as it could have external impact in future. We, the nation of Roselle, are looking in to a Eugenics program. We will begin studying children of various ages, and figuring out how to breed the best features of Humans into a continuous feature, while breeding out the bad points. We will hear all protests, but they will not sway us, as we feel this is a big step in ensuring the survival of the Allied States.

Update: We will be setting up breeding-camps for testing.

Breeding camps? How horrific! Can I come?

Nobody's perfect, the best we can do is to prevent the seriously mentally retarded from reproducing and that's the end of that.

Both kinda have that idea in mind. :)

If you put all of your best citicens in breeding camps, who will run your country?

And how many generations do you plan to produce per million duomarks? Probably not a lot, unless you have access to some phenomenal growth hormones, and in that case your supermen would probably develop a genetic dependancy to them, and grow stunted in their absence.

Why not just decree that all marriages must be sanctioned by state-appointed geneticists? Or develop sperm-altering nanomachines and inject them into all male citizen's testes?

OOC: Create soldiers. LOL! That's kind off too sci-fi. I personally think that such research should be used to create not the everyday grunt but elite assassins for one's intelligence services.

Universal Soldier was about reanimation of the dead if I am not mistaken.

And using prime genetic material and putting them in a seraget allows you to have your uppercrust and still procreate.

As for the Mikosolf Millitary, when we did this we though of this idea:

"You can upgrade the equipment all you want, you can improve your training all you want, but even with that those you are teaching are still human. Therefore, in the end the better soldier will be the better human."

Muktar is willing to sell some genetic samples from the most physically fit men and women in the city of Dauth. Although it is reknown for seemingly widespread insanity, it is nothing more than a cultural aspect. We've weeded out the samples with mental conditions, and should augment your project exponentially. However, such genetic samples will not come cheap, should you accept them.
